Your round-trip airfare from home to Bali, Indonesia - DPS Airport (please prepare to fly out early morning the day before in order to be on time for airport transportation)

Personal, medical, or trip cancellation insurance

Souvenirs, phone calls, laundry, etc.

Any food or snacks outside of what we provide.

If you come early to explore Bali, that is not included in our trip.

Other non-included items would be excess baggage charges & airport taxes if applicable.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation will result in a total loss of the $530 USD or other deposit amount. Cancellations made between Dec 16th, 2025, and Jan 15th will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between Jan 16th and Feb 16th, 2026, will result in a loss of 75% of the trip price. Any cancellation made between Feb 17th, 2026, and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum. (If we do so, you will be refunded in full.)
If we find that the trip is not a good fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, in which case your payments will be fully refunded.
Your Flights
If you take a flight leaving the USA (for example) on the morning of March 5th (depending on where you’re flying from and how many stops you have), you should arrive in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia, either the afternoon or late afternoon of March 6th.
If you would like to pay for your flight in installments, we recommend this trusted resource here. Airport transportation to Villa is provided details to be given via our zoom onboarding call. Depending on the flight you choose, make sure you give yourself enough days to get there ON TIME .
Flying home, you’ll catch a flight the afternoon of March 10th. We provide transportation from Villa to airport. Details will be given on our Zoom onboarding call.
Leave time to get from the villa to the airport for your flight (you need to be there 3 hours ahead of your departure time).
